Private One on One Personal Training
As a competitive high school and collegiate rower, I have seen many people devote time and dedication to prepare themselves for athletic competition. As a personal trainer, I have also seen the many ways in which people have failed to attain their maximum capabilities and athletic potential due to a lack of knowledge about physiology and training regimens. If these people had understood how to adjust their training cycle, diet, and overall lifestyle, they would have advanced themselves toward a healthier and more successful lifestyle.
During your training program, the primary objective is to teach you about your own, unique physiology. As someone who wants to get the most out of their fitness, it is vital for you to understand the functions of your own anatomy as well as the limitations of your cardiovascular and muscular systems. Once you understand how to train your own body effectively, you will be able to get the most out of each workout and become the person you have always dreamed of being.
The second part of this program is to teach you how to incorporate good nutritional habits into our training cycle and your overall lifestyle. With proper knowledge of dietary habits, you will be able to perform your best during the sessions as well as accelerate and magnify your results. Additionally, another goal of mine is for you to establish lifelong beneficial nutritional habits. This program will help eliminate the overwhelming confusion about the what’s, when’s, why’s, and how’s in constructing an effective nutritional plan for your personal needs. My complexity of nutritional guidance depends on the level of devotion you choose to show. If needed, you will also be informed about where to access the proper varieties of foods and nutritional supplements in your area.
The last part of this program will teach you how to adjust your own lifestyle management skills, enabling you to balance your work hours, academic life, social life, and other outside athletic training in a time manageable fashion. We all have obligations that come before our personal fitness, but sometimes we don’t realize how easy it is to incorporate a comprehensive fitness regimen into our hectic daily routines. As a participant in this program, you will learn how to organize your life around your personal obligations, creating a much more effective and productive lifestyle.
Once you understand all aspects of this program and how they work together, you will likely develop the lifelong aspiration to progress in your own health, fitness, and lifestyle management, leading to a more successful and promising future. If training specifically for a type of sport or personal goal, you will learn how to maintain this elite level of training throughout your career. If training for general fitness and conditioning, you will gain a new degree of confidence due to your hard work and physical achievement.
